ReAnna had her eye appointment today. We have to wait every two years so that she can get all new glasses and frames. Richard picked her up from school and took her to the doctor.
Well he is just getting there for the appointment, when Cole Elementary's principal calls me. The first thing she says after telling me who she was, is that Christopher was in the office but he was not in trouble. Some little boy did something he should not have and will not be at school for a few days. She did tell me that Christopher was getting praises for doing the right thing and for telling the truth. I was happy about that!!
Then I get a text from Richard telling me that ReAnna is getting contacts to that she can see correctly. She has a -3.75 in her right eye and -12.00 in her left. So she is legally blind in her left eye. The contacts help her to have almost 20/20 vision in her left eye. The contact for her left eye has to be ordered, so we have to wait for it. We only had to pay the co pay because the contacts are deemed medically necessary for her to see.
Whew what a day! Now all the after school drama starts. Somehow we thought it was 5:15 and not 4:15. So we were forcing food down everyone's throat so we could get to our meetings and practices on time. Luckily Rebecca can tell time and kept telling me that she did not have to be at school until 6. Insane!!!!
