This weekend was somewhat eventful. Richard's SUV was in the shop and we had a little Nissan Rogue as a rental. Cute little car, but it sounds like a toy car winding up when you are gunning the car. Not much power in the little thing. Also so not deisgned for any full sized car seat.
Richard's car was overheating really fast, so he took it into the shop Friday morning and they discovered that the radiator was cracked! Darn it! How much was this going to cost us? Nothing!! It was covered by the extended warranty we purchased! The waranty also covered the rental! YEAH!!
We picked the SUV up on Saturday with a brand new radiator that smells funny still when it gets warm! Eww!! But it no longer is overheating at all!! YEAH!!! Turned in the rental and headed home!
We spent most of Saturday, rearranging our bedroom and cleaning it! Man there was ALOT of garbage and junk thrown in there. Same with the red room. If no one knows where to put it, they throw it in my room or in the red room. I hate that!!
We were going to go clean up the garden, but the rain the day before made it a little impossible. SO we will be working on it this weekend and during the week. We went to a fireside about gardening and we learned alot. We learned that we need to rotate where we plant things in our garden. That totally explains why nothing has been growing!! We are hoping for a great garden this year! I plan on making alot of our dinners out of that garden!
What a boring weekend, huh? At least our bedroom is rearranged and incredibly uncluttered and cleaned! Now I have more spaces to decorate!! YEAH!!
